I find this App very useful! Only wish the settings had more options! I personally find having 'Mail for Gmail' very convenient and useful, especially since I can have it open at all times while I'm on the computer working, and during the times I am on the Internet I don't have to stop, open a new tab, and login threw the website.
The Account settings screen should be pre-populated with most of the account settings you need. However, if you need to look up your settings, see the POP and IMAP account settings topic. - click on Account Information.
- Select 'Edit SMTP Server List...' from the dropdown next to 'Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)'.
